When you sign up or log in, including via "Sign in with Google," we collect:

• Your profile picture

This authentication is handled through our backend provider, Supabase, and Google's OAuth service. We do not receive or store your Google password.

1.2 Trading and Journal Data

To provide the Service, we collect and store information you voluntarily submit, including:

• Trading journal entries, notes, and trade history you record
• Screenshots or images of trading charts you upload for analysis
• Questions or messages you send to our AI trading analyst feature

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We may collect limited technical information such as browser type, device type, and general usage data to help us maintain and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide the trading journal and AI-powered chart analysis features
• Process chart images and trade questions through our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate analysis and insights
• Improve, maintain, and troubleshoot the Service
• Communicate with you about your account or the Service

3. Third-Party Services

We share information with the following third parties strictly to operate the Service:

• Supabase — our backend infrastructure provider, used for authentication (including Google Sign-In) and data storage.
• Google — used solely to authenticate your identity when you choose "Sign in with Google." We receive only your name, email, and profile picture from Google.
• Anthropic — the provider of the AI model used to analyze chart screenshots and answer trading-related questions you submit. Chart images and questions you submit may be sent to Anthropic's API for processing.
• Market data providers (e.g. Twelve Data, Finnhub) — used to retrieve live price and candle data displayed in the Service. These providers do not receive your personal account information.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and journal data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 9).

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for us to process your data (which may limit your ability to use the Service)
