Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Quantario ("Quantario," "we," "us," or "our"), available at quantario.online (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Quantario is an AI-assisted trading journal and analysis tool. It allows users to log trades, upload trading chart screenshots, and receive AI-generated technical and fundamental analysis, including suggested trade parameters such as entry points, stop losses, and take-profit levels.

2. Not Financial Advice

Quantario does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All analysis, verdicts, price levels, and suggestions generated by the Service — including AI-generated output — are for informational and educational purposes only.

Trading financial instruments carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any analysis provided through the Service, and we are not liable for any trading losses arising from your use of the Service.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account, which may be done via "Sign in with Google." You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service without our permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the trade data, journal entries, and chart images you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to process it (including via third-party AI providers) solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Supabase (backend infrastructure and authentication), Google (sign-in), Anthropic (AI analysis), and market data providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis provided will be accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantario and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
