Questions

Does it tell me what to buy?+

It gives a verdict with the reasoning and the risks attached, so you can disagree with it. Quantario is an analyst, not a signal service. The research bots publish rule-based signals, but Quantario never places a trade.

Where does the data come from?+

Live charts from TradingView; the candles behind each analysis from Twelve Data and Binance; backtest history from Dukascopy; the economic calendar from ForexFactory; company data and news from Finnhub; macro data from FRED; and your own logged trades. In the chat, every statement cites the records it came from.

Which markets are covered?+

Stocks, forex (including gold), crypto and futures, including index futures. Fundamentals are deepest on equities; forex and gold lean on macro data instead. Backtesting covers nine markets: EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, gold, silver, NAS100, US30, BTC and ETH.

How does backtesting work?+

Pick a market, a timeframe and a start date. The chart shows only the history up to that point and replays forward one candle at a time, or at 1–10× speed. Trades fill at the real bid and ask, stops and targets trigger on the candles that follow, and your balance, win rate, R and drawdown update as you go. Practice trades are kept apart from your journal, so they never touch your real stats.

Can the AI coach see what happens next in a replay?+

No. It reads the same candles you can see — up to the last one revealed — and is told the replay time is "now". It can't use later prices or hindsight about how the move played out.

How far back does the history go?+

Gold from 2003; EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY and NAS100 from 2012; US30 from mid-2012; silver from 2014; BTC and ETH from 2017. It's 5-minute data, rolled up to any timeframe up to daily, and a new week is added every Saturday.

How do the Telegram alerts work?+

Link Telegram from Settings in the app, then pick the alerts you want — sessions, liquidity, news, scanner setups, strategy signals and your own price levels. Everything is off by default, and each alert also appears in the app's notification bell.

Is my trading data private?+

Your trades and journal entries are visible only to you. We don't sell data or run ads. Email [email protected] and we'll export or delete it.
